If you’re a new client interested in our counselling services, you are welcome to book a free consultation or first session with a therapist of interest, or receive help being placed with a therapist that’s right for you by booking a free consultation with our intake team. Please note that a consultation with our Intake Team is required for parents/guardians seeking services for their child or youth, or for people wishing to access our low cost neurofeedback community clinic (not covered by benefits).
All neurofeedback clients must start with a free consultation. For our neurofeedback programs covered by extended benefits and supervised by our Reg. Clinical Counsellor including in-office sessions in Victoria and our Unlimited At-Home Program please book your consultation with Zachary Bruyere.
Cancellation Policy We kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Billing Policy Please note that we require a credit card on file for booking paid sessions (not initial consultations).
