December 27th, UPDATE: GST has now been removed from all clinical counselling sessions following a recent provincial decision to exempt these services. Additionally, beginning February 1, 2025, NeurAlive’s counselling rates will be adjusted for both new and existing clients to reflect updated industry standards. If you’re a new client interested in our counselling services, you are welcome to book a free consultation or first session with a therapist of interest, or get help being placed with a therapist that’s right for you by booking a free consult with our Intake team. A consultation with our Intake team is required for anyone wishing to access neurofeedback services.

Please note that we require a credit or visa debit card on file in order to book regular sessions at NeurAlive (not consults).

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We charge for late cancellations, but will place a credit on the account with the same practitioner for use within two weeks if the late cancellation was due to illness, emergency or inclement weather and a virtual option is not possible.
